2026 HOA Budget/Assessments approved and Election Results

On Wednesday, December 10, 2025, the Residences at Crosscreek HOA held a Board of Directors meeting and Annual Meeting.


In the Board meeting, the board approved the budget and assessment amounts for 2026 and reviewed 2025 accomplishments.  Dowload the presentation.


Our assessments are due quarterly on January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.  A payment booklet will be mailed to all homeowners if you prefer to mail your payment.  If you have set up automatic payments through the Inframark/Alliance system or through your own bank, you are responsible for updating the payment amount - it will NOT be automatically updated.   


Assessment amounts are:

Phase 1C                            $1468             $367.00

Phase 1A Opted out 2019*   $ 268              $268.00


(* 13 homes that opted out of the cable contract in 2019. Homes cannot be added to the opted out list)


The Annual Meeting is held to elect a homeowner to the board.  We did not have enough homeowner participation (either in person or through submitted ballots/proxies) to achieve the necessary quorum therefore the current board member will retain their board position for another 3 year term.  As a reminder, there is one board position up for election each year.  Your current board is:

      Kathy Domer, President (Term Ends 2026)

      Lynn Tipton, Vice President/Secretary (Term Ends 2028)

      Gerry O'Sullivan, Treasurer (Term Ends 2027)
