Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) reviews the requests for exterior modifications to a home or yard that are submitted by homeowners. The ARC must give final approval before the modifications can begin. Modifications made without ARC approval may result in fines and/or need to be removed.

The Crosscreek ARC meets on the 3rd Monday of each month at 6:00 pm via Zoom. Residents may contact the Board or Property Manager to receive the Zoom link to attend the meeting in the event they would like to listen to the discussion about their submitted request.

What Homeowners Can Expect
Requests will be reviewed by the ARC Coordinator within 7 days of submission to determine if the submission includes minimum required documents. The ARC will meet on a monthly basis to review and approve/deny requests.  Requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before the next scheduled meeting to ensure sufficient time for initial review.  Where possible the committee will try to request any additional information prior to the committee meeting, but additional requests can be made as a result of the committee review. All approvals or denials will be communicated to the applicant by the method used to submit the request (through the Inframark site, email, or mail). The committee’s approval powers extend to compliance with our association’s governing documents and do not serve as a substitute for any ancillary requirements imposed upon a member by local building codes or county ordinances. In many cases, the proposed improvements or modifications will require separate approvals from the local building/code enforcement entities.
