Welcome to Crosscreek in Parrish, Florida!

Our community is comprised of 340 single family homes built by Meritage, Medallion Home and William Ryan Homes. The first houses were built starting in 2008 and the last homes were completed in 2024.

Cable/Internet

Your HOA payment includes basic cable and internet through Spectrum. To sign up for this service, call 833-697-7328 and let them know your home is part of a bulk agreement.

Manatee County Utilities (Sewer & Water)

Call 941-792-8811 to establish your account for garbage collection, recycling and water/sewer. They will also provide you with a garbage can and blue recycling container.

Our waste collection is on Friday for garbage, recycling and yard waste.

No garbage outside of the large can will be picked up. Additionally, yard waste must either be bundled, placed in paper yard waste bags or placed in a yard waste can. Yard waste in plastic bags will NOT be picked up.

Peace River Electric

Call 800-282-3824 to establish your electric account.

Also if interested, ask Peace River Electric if they are offering the program to install a whole house surge protector for a monthly fee.

TECO Peoples Gas

Call 877-832-6747 to establish your account for natural gas.

Note: Not all sections in Crosscreek have natural gas.

Pool and Dog Park

The CDD maintains the community pool at 4000 Creekside Park Drive. You may contact the CDD to obtain a replacement fob for the amenity center.

There is a dog park located at the corner of Freshwater Run and Creekside Park Drive. This dog park is not owned by the CDD or the HOA. The fob for the amenity center does not work at the dog park.

Dog park visitors are reminded to pick up after their pets.
