On Sunday, January 11, it was reported to the HOA that the irrigation in Phase 1B was not working. This has been reported to the Crosscreek Irrigation company and they are having the pump inspected. As of January 14, the irrigation is not working. The HOA will send out updates as they are available. Phase 1B includes Renwick Dr, Glisten Ct and Rainwashed Loop.

On Wednesday, December 10, 2025, the Residences at Crosscreek HOA held a Board of Directors meeting and Annual Meeting. In the Board meeting, the board approved the budget and assessment amounts for 2026 and reviewed 2025 accomplishments.  Dowload the presentation.
