Crosscreek is NOT irrigated with reclaimed water. Crosscreek has 2 sources for irrigation. Phase 1A is irrigated using a pond and pumps owned and operated by the Crosscreek CDD; this is part of your annual CDD assessment. Phase 1B and 1C are irrigated using pumps owned and operated by the Crosscreek Irrigation Company (related to Medallion Home); the HOA pays the Crosscreek Irrigation Company and this is included as part of your HOA assessment.
Since these water sources are pond based and are NOT part of the county's reclaimed water system, our community must observe the currently imposed waters restrictions. As of March 24,2026, the Manatee County restrictions are:
Lawn and landscape watering remains limited to a once-per-week schedule.
Below is the standard watering days schedule based on addresses ending in:
0 or 1 shall only water on Monday
2 or 3, on Tuesday
4 or 5, on Wednesday
6 or 7, on Thursday
8 or 9, on Friday along with locations with a mix of addresses or for which an address cannot be determined (such as common areas associated with a subdivision)
Watering hours are reduced to 12:01 a.m. to 4 a.m. or 8 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. Properties less than one acre in size may only use one of these windows.
The pump for Phase 1A is scheduled to operate from 12:01am to 8:00am.
The pumps for Phase 1B and 1C do not have a schedule.
If you find that the irrigation system is not operating on an expected day/time(and you have checked the schedule above), please contact the appropriate party:
Phase 1A (CDD) - ripollv@pfm.com
Phase 1B or 1C (HOA) - christina.brantley@inframark.com
If you are unsure of which section applies to you, please refer to this diagram
Note: You may notice that the covers for the irrigation shutoffs on many lots is labeled Reclaimed Water - which can be misleading. When the infrastructure for the community was put in place, it appears that the plans intended to connect Crosscreek to a reclaimed water system that had not been built yet. The developer put the current pond based irrigation systems into place to provide for irrigation.
