During the last few months, we have noticed that a number of sidewalks have been accumulating mold/algae that makes them very dangerous to walk on. This typically occurs because of the combination of excessive rains and lawn irrigation. As a reminder, homeowners are responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the sidewalks that are on their lots; the only sidewalks that are the responsibility of the CDD are on the community property areas.  We have had a few homeowners that have slipped and some injuries occur on these sidewalks so we are requesting that homeowners take advantage of the sunny days to clean their sidewalks to prevent any liability issues. The Crosscreek HOA Board will have 2 board positions up for election at the end of the year. In early October, we will be sending out the first notice of our Annual Meeting and Election to be held in December. This mailing will also include a form to complete if you would like to run for a board position. If you have any questions about the position or the board, please email ResidencesatCrosscreek@gmail.com.
The assessment for the last quarter of the year is due on October 1st. Assessments not paid by the end of October will incur late fees as well as possible fees for reminder letters. If you are set up for automatic payment through Inframark's site (aka Western Alliance Bank), you will receive an emailed reminder prior to the payment.
